The Freedom Seminar – now postponed

16-04-21

Due to the impact of Coronavirus and the Government’s latest guidance on social distancing, this event has now been postponed.  A new date for the event will be set when the crisis has abated.
At Business Doctors, we have made the conscious decision that it will be business as usual unless advised otherwise by Public Health England. All of our network (including me!) has the ability to work remotely when needed and supporting business continuity by helping immunise businesses against the impact of the virus and helping you feel less isolated is our aim for both our clients and each other.
We will always offer a free, one-hour 1-2-1 consultation with you on a date of your choosing to conduct a health check of your business. For the duration of the current crisis, I am doubling this free period to up to two hours if you need it.
I am quite happy to arrange a face to face meeting or we can meet over a Zoom video call. Our usual consultations revolve around strategy for business improvement and growth, but (particularly considering the current issues), we also include business continuity, planning through difficult times and access to funding requirements where needed.

Are you looking for more personal Freedom and a more valuable business?
If you are looking to maximise the return from your business, as well as spending less time in the day to day running of it, then this seminar is for you.
Our Freedom Seminar will give you the practical, achievable steps you need to take to achieve your vision.
We will spend time running through the 8 focus areas that will both increase the value of your business as well as improve its efficiency and effectiveness, helping improve its scalability and attractiveness to prospective investors and buyers.

Maximise Financial Performance.
Discover your Growth Factors.
Discover where the real value is in your revenues, customers and people.

The session will give you practical tools and ideas that you can put into practice straight after the event, helping you work on your business rather than in your business!
Refreshments and a buffet lunch will be provided.  Free parking is available on site (subject to availability) or paid opposite Stoke Train Station (200 yards from the Potters Club).
There will be a chance to network with like-minded business leaders too.
Looking forward to seeing you there,ThanksMartin
