Sharing your personal information
We do not sell or disclose any personal information to any third party. Whether this is for marketing or advertising purposes. We would ask for your consent in these unlikely circumstances. However, we may disclose your information within the Business Doctors Ltd corporate entity. This is in order to comply with any legal necessity regarding any User Agreements. And to assist with our marketing and advertising activity. Your personal information may also be shared if we are required by law to detect, prevent or investigate any illegal or fraudulent activity that may be related to our services. At all times we will minimise the amount of personal information we disclose and will only share what is relevant and deemed a necessity for the purpose gained.
Should we sell, expand or reduce the Business Doctors entity, this may involve the movement of territories or even selling the business as a whole to new owners. We will keep your personal information for as long as deemed necessary for the purpose it was collected. While making sure you still consent to us holding your personal information and that our services are relevant.
