I just wanted to say a big thank you from all of us for your work with us over the last three months. I speak for myself when I say that the engagement ticked the box of what I was hoping to get out of it, but I know that all three of us valued the sessions greatly.
With my personal involvement of the business, I brought some of the ideas to the table, and then we’ve worked together on the execution of those ideas, the latter of which takes a lot more time. Whilst I’ve been busy with my parts of the execution, I was feeling that my ideas had run dry, and my confidence in the trajectory of positive change in the business was waning. This is why I was keen to engage with you. I can say with 100% confidence that you have helped us define the next wave of ideas and focus areas on which we now need to focus in order to maintain and improve that trajectory. I’m afraid I haven’t got round to re-shaping my notes from Friday into anything useful yet, but when I do, I intend to build a business plan summary, for my on benefit more than anything, which I’ll share with you so as to test that my interpretation of our workshops are in line with your notes, before we start putting a task-list style execution plan in place.
