23-07-12Businesses depend on a healthy cashflow, and managing it is often one the biggest headaches for the business owner. Spending some money on engaging help to develop a strategy might seem a luxury. Ask yourself how much you spend on marketing, though. What is the ROI on that spend? If the marketing plan is not aligned to a strategic plan for the business, the return may not be as good you think or deliver only a short term result.
Consider spending part of that marketing budget on developing a written strategy first and maximise your ROI.
