The Business Doctors programme was a real help to us as it was tailored to our needs.
It is applicable to us as a business with under 10 employees and it really helped us move out of just thinking of ourselves as a ‘small start-up’ to a well-recognised brand that offers something special. Even though we knew we needed to get a handle on our figures and finances, it has helped us put a new focus on what we need to do next and has given us a clearer focus on aiming for growth.
