We commissioned Simon to help us with our strategy plans in 2020, and he provided support via a workshop, follow-up reviews and some coaching. His approach is built on a well-established process which covers key elements of strategy from aligning aims and objectives of key individuals in the business and establishing shared values, to defining what differentiates us, which are the key markets we will focus on and how to make a profit! The strategy process itself is enjoyable and a great way to kick start productive conversations in the business. The output was a succinct overview and a dynamic, 1 page plan of action.
