I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your help and support during the Don’t Panic….Plan It Workshops provided by Business Doctors and RTC North.
The chance to participate in the course has really been a game changer for me during these unprecedented times and has given me a chance to create opportunity from crisis. Instead of working from home and worrying about the future of my business, I have taken a step back and looked for the silver lining; and with your help and support I have found it. Your input has been collaborative and thought-provoking, making myself and the other directors take a long hard look at not only our daily business operations and strategies but also our aspirations and visionary goals for the next 3 years.
You have helped me gain access to comprehensive cashflow and business planning support, provided 1-1 follow up support sessions and helped me manage issues facing the business now and what might arise in the future.
It has given me the opportunity to re-focus and re-evaluate the business and the plans we have in place for growth, and more importantly it has re-energized myself and the other directors to drive the business forward and reach our full potential; and for that I am truly grateful.
I would certainly encourage any business owners, directors or managers to engage with Business Doctors, it’s not always easy, but it is certainly worth it.
