I specialise in supporting SME business owners who are ready to take their business to the next stage — whether that’s achieving sustainable growth or preparing for a successful exit. My role is to provide practical coaching, high-quality advice and hands-on support across all areas of the business, helping owners regain control, strengthen performance and deliver profitable growth.
A key part of my work is facilitating strategic planning workshops and one-to-one programmes that help business owners step back, review their position and define a clear, achievable growth strategy. From there, I work alongside them to implement the plan — supporting sales development, profit improvement, team engagement, performance management and access to funding where needed.
I also deliver leadership and management training designed specifically for SME owners and senior teams, focusing on strategic thinking, delegation, performance management and measurable results.
Over the years, I’ve worked with more than 100 SMEs across sectors including professional services, retail, construction, manufacturing and technology — helping many achieve significant improvements in sales, profitability and long-term business value.
