I work with SME owners to help them grow stronger, more resilient businesses through clear strategy and practical implementation. Much of my work focuses on supporting businesses as they expand — from developing business strategy and strengthening sales performance to guiding recruitment, team engagement and performance management. I also help owners navigate change, negotiate commercial leases and manage premises as their businesses evolve.

While I have particular experience supporting family-owned businesses, I’ve worked across a wide range of sectors including retail, manufacturing, legal, technology, financial services, recruitment and haulage. This breadth of experience allows me to bring practical insights from different industries into each client engagement.

Alongside my work with Business Doctors, I’ve been an accredited advisor for programmes including Growth Accelerator, the Manufacturing Advisory Service and Growth Vouchers, and I’ve delivered leadership and management training to growing businesses.

What I enjoy most about this work is the variety of challenges and the satisfaction that comes from helping business owners achieve meaningful, lasting progress.
