The first half of the event will have Steve present the Business Doctors Growth Roadmap– this is a regular workshop he does for business owners that has been well received this year. His seminar is filled with ideas that any business owner can act upon and put into effect in their business immediately. All attendees will also have the opportunity to take a free “Value Builder” survey that can help evaluate the value of their business.
With any business growth plan one of the key goals is to generate profit for the stakeholders
and owners. It’s important that the hard work and endeavour of the owners are rewarded when
the time comes for them to exit the business, or invest on the success their business brings.
HOW TO BRING THE BEST OUT OF YOUR PEOPLE – DAWN GREENWOOD (PENINSULA)
The second part of the seminar will see Dawn provide an hour of insights into how any
growth plan can be implemented through your team, safe in the knowledge that the policies
you have are robust, and the environment you create facilitates bringing the best out of your
people.
