I am deeply passionate about the strength and resilience that business owners of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in the UK have.
Having navigated the solitary path of business growth, shouldered the weight of personal guarantees for loans, and grappled with the intricacies of managing cash flow, I have a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges of running and growing a business. These personal experiences, which I share with many SME owners, and my fervour for business have propelled me into the role of advisor and confidant for fellow business owners.
My experience stretches across many sectors, including food manufacturing, supply chain and agriculture. I have a strong background in sustainability and a keen awareness of social and environmental impact, so I will be looking to help businesses grow both profitably and responsibly.
