THE BUSINESS DOCTORS GROWTH ROADMAP – STEVE ENNIS
The first half of the event will have Steve present the Business Doctors Growth Roadmap– this is a regular workshop he does for business owners that has been well received this year. His seminar is filled with ideas that any business owner can act upon and put into effect in their business immediately. All attendees will also have the opportunity to take a free “Value Builder” survey that can help evaluate the value of their business.
With any business growth plan one of the key goals is to generate profit for the stakeholders
and owners. It’s important that the hard work and endeavour of the owners are rewarded when
the time comes for them to exit the business, or invest on the success their business brings.
HOW TO ENGAGE YOUR TEAM FOR GROWTH, AND WHY IT MATTERS – ANDREW HORDER
In this session, Andrew Horder, Workplace Consultant at Encouraging Potential will help you explore how to make sure your team stays engaged with your vision as your business grows. He’ll also highlight some of the problems that can occur when the operational team aren’t fully aligned with the direction you have set.
Andrew will delve into strategies to reduce stress and conflict within and between teams, meaning they – and you – get to spend more time driving towards your agreed business goals. An engaged team working in flow will produce more, stay longer, and create a much more enjoyable workplace for everyone.
This part of the workshop will give you practical tools to prevent misalignment, friction and employee frustration, and to spot and resolve problems before they get serious. As Andrew is fond of saying: more profit, less hassle, more fun – what’s not to like?
